I lift up my eyes to the hills—from where will my help come? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1–2
Prayer - I lift my eyes to you, O God. As I begin this day, remind me that you are the source of all I need and the deliverer from all that might harm me. The power of creation flows from you and into my life. Help me to keep my eyes upon you. Amen.

The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand. Psalm 121:5
Lord, my God, my life if is your hands.
Prayer - I came from you, and someday I will return to you. Until then, I am grateful to call you my guard and my guide, my protector and my companion along the road of life. May I be able to feel your Spirit close at hand today, within reach, wherever I go and whatever challenges I face. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities. Psalm 103:10
Prayer - Forgiving God, what wonderful hope begins this day! Thank you that nothing that happens today can possibly separate me from your love. Thank you for the forgiveness that you pour out on me and upon all your children. May I act with such forgiveness to all I meet today. Amen.

The Lord works vindication and justice for all who are oppressed. Psalm 103:6
Prayer - Good and gracious God, you lift up the lowly and cast the mighty from their thrones. Let your justice roll down like waters—let your righteousness be an ever-flowing stream. May I be part of this divine “flow” of justice, too. Secure in the knowledge of your love for me and for all people, help me to speak truth and to act with compassion, no matter what it may cost me, so that all may know mercy, freedom, and peace. Amen.
